Alright folks, it as almost an hour later. I checked in with the team and unfortunately I don’t have a ton of new information to report. We are still very actively testing solutions in an effort to get the servers online as soon as possible.
I will check back in an hour and on any and all updates that I have. We apologize again for the unexpected additional downtime!

I just spoke with the team to get an update and the team is actively testing a possible fix. Right now the plan is to check back in an hour and I am hoping to have more information at that time.

The team has isolated the issue, which was an unfinished serious issues with a character. We are working on a solution, but have no ETA available at this time.
We apologize for the extended downtime. I will continue to on updates as I have them.

I spoke too soon. As we were bringing the servers up we spotted another potential issue and are bringing the servers back into maintenance mode to look into it.

As of right now the team is still working with our external partners to get to the bottom of the issue and get it addressed as soon as we can. No ETA at this time. More updates to follow!

We are extending our 4.1 maintenance due to issues with external network connectivity. We are working with our external partners to resolve the issue as time but as I have more updates I will be sure to them on.
