Here we have Starkiller from The Force Unleashed:

I really love that this one has so many pictures and includes photos from the process and not just the completion. While the end product is great, it’s also fun and interesting to see how people make their costumes and cosplay parts.

The creator says it was his first cosplay and I have to say, it’s very good quality for that. He was very creative with the materials and how he chose to use them. He also gives some tips about making cosplay costumes to the tips and tricks about what works and what doesn’t and they can probably save you time and money (and also frustration) with building your costume.
